Having issues with 1.3.10 upgrade

First I had errors telling me my database was old, which I fixed, now I'm getting errors with the upgrade.  I have deleted and reinstalled the latest version, but when clicking the "waiting to be shipped" number at the bottom of the store it tries to open "download.csv".

Also, when I try to manage category permissions I get:

Table 'firespr_smf.smf_down_cat' doesn't exist
File: /home/firespr/public_html/mercs/forum/Sources/Store.php
Line: 8218

Not too handy with stuff like this...any ideas how to fix?

Sorry, realized I put this in the wrong section.  Should be for SMF Store.

The new update fixed the category permissions.  But do you know why it keeps bringing up a popup to download "download.csv" instead of showing me unshipped orders?

It's at the bottom of the store:

Store Admin Panel
Add Category  Add product  Settings Permissions
Comments waiting approval: 0  Check Comments Approval List
Items waiting to be shipped: 2  <----- Clicking the number here used to show unshipped orders, now won't open and pops up a file to download all the transactions in .csv format.

Sorry about that. That was another bug just posted a new fix for it.
