I recently upgraded one of my sites to SMF 2.0 RC3

I would like to use the SMF "Subscriptions" to add members to a "Club"

Items in the store would then have "Special Pricing" (free) for that Membergroup

My question is this - once a member's "Subscription" expires - can i restrict access to further downloads of items  they downloaded while their subscription was active?



EDIT - I guess the same question applies - If I create a store "Category" accessible only to "Club" members, once a member's "Subscription" expires - can i restrict access to further downloads of items  they downloaded while their subscription was active?

Not currently since it sees them as  buying the item it is marked as able to download. So kind of need some way if they change membergroups not to allow access to the downloads.

where can i learn more about the SMF Store's subscription feature?

when that subscription expires, does the customers access to download the file go away?

The subscription feature only charges for an item on an interval such as monthly billing. Does not do anything on subscription expire/cancel.
