Is there a setting or some other way to regulate how many files or how much data is stored in each folder? When I first enabled it there was a folder 0 then it created a folder 1 but now folder 1 is huge and it has not created any more folders. Undecided

It is based on every 1000 files uploaded.

You would have to edit the code it is based on the file id.
Open either Sources/Downloads.php or Sources/Downloads2.php
Find
Code:
$folderid = floor($ID_FILE / 1000);
And replace 1000 with the number you want. If you wanted to do 100 instead of 1000 just use 100
