is there anyway to autogenerate a coupon for certain items in the store for my newly regsitered members and send it to them in a pm or email automatically? and if not is there anyway it could be made and i could pay for the update to be built with this added to it?

Not at the moment. Does the coupon have to be unique for each person?

What I was thinking you can use the pm on registration mod on SMF and send them a coupon code that way. Which they can then use in the store.

yea the coupon would need to be unique to each member but i found a different way of doing what i was trying to achieve but i keep getting a fatal error when someone tries to make the purchase instead i made it so that newly registered members had a store and they could purchase the free item in it which would change there membergroup but like i said they get the fatal error when trying to do it. i posted more details about the error in a new post here:

if i could get this system working it would be perfect i guess cause there would be no use in all the autogenerating of coupons and they could only be used once per member cause it would change there membergroup and they would no longer have the ability to get back into the store with the free product in it.

also i grabbed up the gallery and video addon im very impressed with it all. i guess next step im gonna try and get the newsletter pro and the donwloads system pro then maybe the ads seller after that.

also i accidentally input the wrong url when i purchased my store mod i put that it was my .net and it needs to be registered to my .com is there anyway i could change it over?
