i just installed it but i can't use it fro now until i have more options on shipping.  i don't mind setting up two or more shipping options, one flat rate for US packages and one for out side US or another price for a specific country, and have them to be selectable in shopping cart.  that’s the easy option.  but why not have a tab once you are in the store called "Profile, or Store Profile"  for customers to enter their billing and shipping address, and perhaps have the shipping option selectable from there?  and have it where they can't check out unless they have chosen an option!  that shouldn't be hard!

Shipping options can be handled by paypal

Check out this guide for PayPal for information on shipping
https://www.paypalobjects.com/en_US/ebook/PP_WebsitePaymentsStandard_IntegrationGuide/ProfileAndTools.html
Skip to "Automatic Calculation of Shipping Charges" that's where shipping begings about halfway though the guide

Both are found under the Profile tab in your paypal account under "# Shipping Calculations
# Shipping Preferences"

To use paypal shipping inside the store admin go to payment modules and disable "Disable IPN price check security "
