Ok, this one isn't a major one...but more or less just an information mixup of some kind.

I obviously use the "items waiting to be shipped" feature to monitor my orders.  But I noticed the other day that in the "product list" tab, one of my items says it has had 11 sales.  When I go to the waiting to be shipped page I can only count 8.  I also double checked paypal to make sure an order didn't drop off...and sure enough only 8 sales there.

Any idea what could be causing that?

I know what the issue is. It is including purchases that are left in the cart but never completed. Will work on a fix.

We don't currently have the "shopping cart" feature turned on.  Would that still cause the issue?

Ah, I see even with the shopping cart turned off...what is happening is it's counting the order when you click the button and leaving the paypal transaction page without paying.  While a new order doesn't show up in the "ready to ship" area...it's showing as sold in the product list.

Looks like it just needs to base it's count off of completed transactions instead of "buy now" button clicks.

Thanks again for helping to make this SMF Store mod awesome!

If you know how to edit db's, you can go in to your smf_store_cart and fix the issue you are seeing.
