i love this mod...but i think it have some problem have to fix...
after i installed it...i couldnt insert quote other people's message in the post.......
i then uninstalled this mod, and the quote function back.....

hope u can fix it as soon as possible, i like this mod very much ^^

I have the latest version of SMF and have uploaded this mod through package manager, then when it says to apply mod, i get the following error:

Install Actions for archive 14globalhf.zip:

The package you are trying to download or install is either corrupt or not compatible with this version of SMF.

I am a new SMF user and love it, please tell me what I am doing wrong. I have deleted and re-tried to upload over and over again.

I don't think that's a problem with my mod. Cause it does not touch the quote code. It might be either another mod or bad headers and footers code that you insterted

I have downloaded the latest version of the global header and footer mod for my recently updated smf (latest) and I get the same error

My quote code don't work since either. Mind you neither does my preview, but I think that was from something else.

can i use it to show headers/ffoters only in index ? i can`t use SMF radio along with this mod, shows headers in Radios window

Perhaps I expect too much from things that are free... But it sure would be nice if the person who created this mod, had just mentioned in the Readme file where the hell I put this on my server, and how to install it!!!

I have v1.1 RC3 of SMF. I see no way how to install this thing from the Package Manager. There are no instructions on how to manually install it. I'm ready to lose my #$@#$#$ mind over this... In fact, I think I already have. I'm an experieinced website designer, and I don't deny being new to SMF, but if something like this is giving me this much trouble to understand, either I need more sleep, or the guy who designed this has made a serious assumption that we're all on the same page as him.

Having said, if anyone would be gracious enough to hold my hand through this, treat me like a complte frakking idiot, and walk me through this step by step, I'd greatly appreciate it.

Awaiting instructions...
