You can just upload the file to your package manager or go to download new packages and browse for the zip file.

If you want to manually install it

Thank you...

I guess I'm used to v1.0.8 where the Package Manager didnt have the options of d/l 3rd party MODS. 1.1RC3 is much better.

However, now I'm having a problem with making the global header/footer controls appear in my custom theme!
