I had Gallery Pro installed, and then let the license expire. I moved to a new server and now I have purchased a new license. When Installed I have the albums but now pics. www.j3-cub.com PM for Admin access. May I ask for some help? Will

Check your gallerly settings. Your gallery path and gallery url may have changed. Check your gallery url is of the format http://www.yoursite.com/gallery/And gallery path should match your smf sources path under Server settings of the form /yoursite.com/gallery/

Both look right to me. Other thing to check would be permissions on the gallery folder any of the subfolders inside it.

I did ensure that they were 777. I have to admit, that I did have SMF gallery Pro installed and then moved to a new webhost and maybe the pic themselves got left.
Where would I find that folder containing the pics from before?
PS, I paid full price for the new Pro license, only to find that I could have renewed for half price. Oh well great mod and good support!

You can send me pm with admin account. Is the issue you can't view old pictures? Or newly uploaded pictures are not visible.

Took a look when I tried to view those pictures it said file did not exist. Did you copy over your gallery folder completely when you moved sites?

No, I had the www.wjunk.com tech move the site. They may have left the pics on the old server. I can't really blame them though, I was not using pro when they moved it. Anyway of wiping out all of the references to the old albums missing pics and just allow members to reload? Wil

Do you have any access to the old server or backups? I would try that first. You could wipe all old pics but would need to know the first good id of the new id pics uploaded.

What would the path be to the old pic?
smf/gallery/ambums or something like that?
