I got this error when i approve an image.

Method Not Implemented

GET to /index.php not supported.
Additionally, a 404 Not Found error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request.

I have this problem also, and I have the newest versjon of the Pro gallery.
What most I do to fix this ?

Two options first disable mod_security for your site

Open Sources/Gallery.php and Open Themes/default/Gallery.template.php
