Add this to the package manager url and you will be able to uninstall 1.1.1 mods.
;version_emulate=1.1.1

Should look something like this
http://www.yourforum.com/index.php?action=packages;version_emulate=1.1.1

Error in Package Installation

At least one error was encountered during a test installation of this package. It is strongly recommended that you do not continue with installation unless you know what you are doing, and have made a backup very recently. This error may be caused by a conflict between the package you're trying to install and another package you have already installed, an error in the package, a package which requires another package that you don't have installed yet, or a package designed for another version of SMF.

Installing this package will perform the following actions:  Type Action Description
1. Execute Modification ./Themes/default/languages/Modifications.english.php Test failed
2. Execute Modification ./Themes/default/Profile.template.php Test successful
3. Execute Modification ./Themes/default/Display.template.php Test successful
4. Execute Modification ./index.php Test successful
5. Execute Modification ./Sources/ManagePermissions.php Test failed

This usally occurs if you unistalling mods out of order.
Normal process is to unstall the last mods installed in order.

I don't understand what you mean by uninstalling mods out of order, there is only 1 mod that I wish to uninstall.
This one.

If you install other mods they change the code which will cause the unistall for the other mod to fail.
In order for the unistall to work you have to install all the mods that were installed after the trader mod in order of last installed.
