ADD PICTURE button in a category should use same URL as the ADD A PICTURE LINK

(This is more of a nuisance than a bug)

This is the link from the "ADD PICTURE" button at the top of a gallery page
http://burningsky.org/forum/index.php?action=gallery;sa=add

This is the link from the "Add a picture" link at the bottom of a gallery page
http://burningsky.org/forum/index.php?action=gallery;sa=add;cat=9

The issue seems trivial until the user completes the "Add Picture" form. It tripped me up. If using the button, no category is set and upon submitting the form the user gets the "You need to select a category." error. If they catch the fact no category was selected in the drop down, changing it causes a post-back and they lose all info they entered into the form.
