Fields clear when changing category pull down

I noticed that in the "Add Picture" dialog, if you fill in all details (eg. Title & description) and THEN change the category via the pull-down list - all fields are cleared and set back to default.
This can be frustrating for users that have inserted a large amount of text in the description and then later change the category and everything gets erased.
I haven't checked the "Add Video" dialog, but I assume it might be the same...?

It would be great to have those variables retained regardless of changing categories prior to uploading.

The reason why it clears when you change the category it is tries to load the custom fields if defined for the category this reloads the page. Which adds a couple of text boxes if there are custom fields for that category.
