If you have visual verification enabled it auto adds a visual verification on the add comment page.

NO. I have enable this option for guest on forum
for example:
http://www.maxiforum.cz/ceska-podpora-smf-fora/neziaduci-spam/
But in the gallery is isn´t...
for example:
