Hi,

I have enabled the setting in permissions that guests can rate pictures.
However, if I'm logged out and rate a picture I get this message:
Only registered members are allowed to access this section.

That is correct guests can not rate images. There is no good way to keep track of guests rating an image multiple times.

Strange that it is still an option in permissions?

I think I will disable the rating completely.
I don't allow registrations

The option will appear in permissions Just like Edit Picture, Edit comment but they will have no effect and require a login to do so.
