im getting error occured message when submitting a feedback in my devsite.

Trader System feedback only after winning a listing/auction is unchecked.

Trader Rating Approval is checked.

when submitting the feedback the message An Error Occured appears, and a Back button.

but when i go the the smf trader settings, under trader rating approval, the feedback is there.

Is there anything else shown other than an error occurred and go back or is it an empty box?

Sounds like two isues one with that error occurred box and another with the feedback appearing when the auction is not completed.
