Hello, I want to know if there is a translation into Spanish or information to be able to change to Spanish.

Translate the following files:
themes/default/languages/Gallery.english.php
And the text added by the Gallery in
themes/default/languages/modifications.english.php

I think there is also a spanish translation in the customer forums but might be a release out of date but could be used as a base.
