My store was working fine but its now stopped people from accessing it.  I have no where in my membersgroup permissions now to allow them???  Only me the admin can.

I have not upgraded or changed the settings.  I have allowed each group access to each category but still nothing.

Checked the store code. That text only appears if the membergroup does not have access to the store.

Which would mean a membergroup would need to be configured under Admin -> Permissions -> Modify Group

You are talking about SMF Store mod from this site right?

And you are seeing you have no permissions in there but have the store installed right?
If so attach your Sources/ManagePermissions.php and what Store version are you using
