integrate smf trader into smf classifeds. so no separate install of packages.

On the fence could go either way. The trader system only needs to be installed once and does not need to be reinstalled if you uninstall or upgrade classifieds to a new version.

The thing some people may not want to see the ratings in the profile or in the main post display on the forums. Maybe have at it as option not sure.
