Installed SMF Links. Went into the Manager Permissions Screen & the WORDS aren't showing up, just the buttons to select.

When we ask questions in here, most of us are clueless as to what to really do.
Could you show me what text strings to copy and where in the language file to copy it.
I am using the Default SMF Theme

I am using English

Also, when I installed the SMF Gallery Mod, the same thing happen, no Words showing up.
So, I uninstalled SMF Gallery Lite and when I went to reinstall it, it said
1. Execute Modification ./Themes/default/languages/Modifications.english.php Test failed

A more tech savvy friend of mine figured out the SMF Links problem & it appears in the permissions list. SMF Gallery is not showing up, however.

How do i manually install  this mod .. as SMF addon package manager doesn't work with the host i'm with . but the themes do.. weird lol

but i really need to get this addon installed but don't know how.. the files and changes to existing files are straight fwd enough .. but the SQL isn't

never mind.. i've worked it out and have it installed now
