I am attempting to assist RJ over at DLA with international shipping. The product page states "Has the option to collect payment and billing information manually without PayPal" however I don't see any information on implementing that. I was hoping that we could set up the store to collect the shipping address, use that to insure the correct products or surcharges were selected, then pass the customer to the paypal system, preferably with the collected address, to ensure the ship to remains the same. The existing shipping options in paypal do not support how items are shipped by DLA (flat rate boxes that fit a certain quantity of a product).
Thanks in advance for your help,

We don't have that built in. We have manually collecting credit card information, shipping address as an option but that does not pass it to paypal.

Currently all the shipping information is collected on paypal side then passed back to the store.

Are users allowed to modify the code they have purchased from you?
I would think it wouldn't be too difficult to take your billing/shipping collection screen and change it to a shipping collection. Then it would be a matter of tweaking the connection to PayPal to pass it along for verification. It's been a while since I worked with paypal, but I'm fairly sure that i have been on the client side of a transaction that worked like this.

Yes you are able to modify any of the code for any of the products you have full access to it.
