when user try to upload through a upload link they are supposed to be asked to login first right
but it returns a blank page with this error
Fatal error: Cannot redeclare template_maintenance() (previously declared in /home/kumakun1/public_html/Themes/default/Downloads2.template.php:6586) in /home/kumakun1/public_html/Themes/default/Login.template.php on line 191
or any sort that asks them to login
