Could this mod be used as the basis for Admins leaving notes on a member's profile - without the member seeing the notes?

Would you mind clarifying your comment on permissions, please? I'm a total newcomer to SMF. *g*

I know a version I have does have view permissions not sure if I ever released that as a mod. Permissions are found in your admin section of your forum. Look for Profile comments after modifying a group.

I get the following error when I attempted to install ...
Incorrect table name '' File: /home/content/i/s/i/isigillum/html/smf/Packages/temp/ProfileCommentsinstall.php Line: 17
... so the installation ended, and now I get errors on the Profile Page ...
Database Error Table 'mydbname.smf_profile_comments' doesn't exist File: /myserverpath/html/smf/Sources/Load.php(1734) : eval()'d code Line: 363
However, because the installation ended (SMF thinks it did not install even though it did change some of the code before it ended the installation), I cannot Uninstall it to correct the issue. Is there a fix here?

I love this mod and I have been trying to mess around with it. Here is what I want to do. Any help would be gratefully received:
1. Create some kind of notification system so that users can tell when a new comment has been left 2. Add user avatars and group stars to the comments they leave.

Hey I can't find the profile comment permissions spot under the admin panel.
Though it did say that the Modification-english.php file failed the test installation. Could that be the reason?

Having a bit of a problem with this mod, everything seems fine, however when the user tries to leave a comment, the comment entry page appears blank.
It works fine under the default theme, however my custom theme pulls a smarty template for the header and navigation.
Anyone came across this, and any ideas how to fix?
Thanks
