PayPal Blacklist

Need a way to enter paypal addresses that you want to refuse business to. My partner just had 190 bucks reversed on him on virtual products and would rather not see that happen again.

That would be hard to do since you are redirect to PayPal and that screen you enter your billing information and email address and sounds like it needs to be done on PayPal's side

Would I could do after the order is completed checke on the download page if they sent the money from a black listed account and deny them access to the download links.
