Ok i dont know if you got this planned or not Hacks but i need the store to check primary membergroup when setting membergroup with purchase. We want to be able to set through checkbox or radio buttons the different membergroups (primary) that we dont want it to change and instead add to the secondary membergroup category. If an admin or staff member currently purchases a product they are reset to verified customer instead of adding a new secondary.

Also I really need to be able to have my staff edit the store transactions with comments and transaction description. right now i have to manually do it in the database table itself. If i give a free product i want to be able to add a description as to why.

Also eventually we need to setup some type of spreadsheet for keeping track of completed transactions, I'll see if i can come up with some kind of outline on this but i want to be able to keep monthly reports

Added the note feature for give a free product and editing a transaction to include a note.

Added a feature to export transactions to a csv file.

The first part of the question is little more difficult and will take some time.

yea i understand, but figured it should be added to the todo list.

Also got another one for you. I want to add a product where user inputs price, staff name, and quote description than adds to cart.

this is basically for support tickets where the support is not covered by the standard support packages and where a staff member has quoted a price to the client.

The client adds this to his/her cart along with the amount staff quoted, who quoted, and what the description of the quote was for. Wink leave it to me to really be a pain lmao. I'll get to it at some point if you dont get a chance i know your swamped too. were gonna have that group get transfered to a new membergroup called open ticket, than when ticket is complete the staff member responsible will update transaction log and update member group to verified customer closing the ticket.
