That will not happen since the store is used to generate income so if you can sell something you can afford to pay for it. Normally an ecommerce system would cost thousands of dollars for it to be made.

how about smfhacks built smf store only for advertising product or theirs stuff... and when user want to buy they must be contact via phone or email... not using paypal...
