I am willing to pay 200$ for this MOD to be created !!!!

how can I add predefined dropdown fields to the first post in specific board??

1. The dropdowns menu should added when a person start a new topic only and in specific forum only.
2. The selected dropdown should be displayed as a table above the topic.
3. I would like to be able to search the topic with the date.
fox example, I'm using this specific forum for tacking my soccer team scores, so in the forum I like to be able to find how many times my soccer team have played in Barcelona I will select Barcelona in the city dropdown menu then search and I will find all the topics I have opened that Barcelona was the location.  the same for all others predefined data that I will use for this forum.

My guess is that it will be hard to do but it worth trying
Thanks in advance.
