Hi

Thanks for taking the time to read this

There is functionality that i would love for SMF called gwbbcode gwshack.us
This is for an online game called Guild Wars.

What it does is allow you to use a tag and it will post the pic and descriptin of the skill u specified eg [barrage]

I have tried to post on thier forum (NO LUCK)
I have posted on other forums where they use SMF 1.12 and gwbbcode and nobody bothers to get back to me.

the tutorial on how to get gwbbcode to work with SMF is here. http://gwshack.us/forums_small/viewtopic.php?t=119

I followed it and i can use the tags while posting and see the pics and description via preview but as i post it it shows me nothing in firefox and red x in IE7 like the link is broken

PLEASE HELP!!!!

I realize this thread is extremely old and dead but it is still a top hit on searches when looking for "gwbbcode" and 'smf".  So I would like to inform anyone out there looking that I have created a packaged version of gwbbcode that can be installed to your smf forum via the package manager in the administration panel.  This SMF mod works for all current versions of SMF (1.8 and 2.0 RC1).  I will try to maintain this package for future versions of SMF as well.

You can get it from:

Here

or Here

or even Here

hope it helps.
