When I do the install, it makes the databases, etc, but it appears none of the file mods happen.   I install other mods, even your Gallery Pro without issue.   Where can I look to solve this problem?    If I try to uninstall, it says error and test fails, but I assume it is because it can't even find the modded areas to take out.   Please let me know.

I would mostly likely try to do a manually install upload the package in here
http://www.smfhacks.com/smf-package-parser.html
And it will give you the files needed to be edited.
