Is it basicly a place where a user can lists products for sale? And the owner of the forum can set the price of an Advertisment / post

Let me think a bit:
It would almost operate like a forum where you could list heading for items for sale.... example: summer, winter, cars, trucks.... etc
It would need a to allow the user to select the category and place their ad: upload a picture of what they are selling (maybe a couple). The piture would be thumb nailed... when clicked it would enlarge. There would be a description and price are for the item. Contact would be by email and or phone. The user should be able to go in and edit or delete the ad.
OR
Even just a running list of items for sale..... picture (thumb nailed), description, price, contact information.
