Is it possible to limit the number of images somewhere that people can post on a daily basis in the settings somewhere?

I have some users who are posting too many images and I would like to limit the number of images they can post within a 24 hour period to slow them down a bit.

Limiting by file size or server space is not really the control measure I want to institute. It is the number of images posts that is the key  Grin

Not currently, if the code was added would need to be placed in when adding a single picture and bulk uploads.
