Just added 1st product - when I click "Checkout" from my cart - it goes to a white screen that says processing and just stays there.

I tried waiting several minutes, but nothing.

Any ideas?

Let's say that  I created a category and in permissions - denied "view" and "comment" permission to guests and regular members

If I am displaying random SSI products on my main forum page - is there still the chance that guests and regular members would see the products image display occasionally? (even though they would be denied access to the product page)

I am asking because I want to use a store category as a testing ground for beta products (accessible to only a certain membergroup) and keep them secret from the general population

I sell virtual products in my stores and usually place a download limit on the files.

Often, if a customer has exceeded their download limit, they will re-purchase the item.

but if they do this, they will still get the message "No downloads Remaining" (or whatever the actual message is.

Would it be possible to set it so that if a user "Re-Purchases" an item, the download count get updated automatically?

I recently upgraded one of my sites to SMF 2.0 RC3

I would like to use the SMF "Subscriptions" to add members to a "Club"

Items in the store would then have "Special Pricing" (free) for that Membergroup

My question is this - once a member's "Subscription" expires - can i restrict access to further downloads of items  they downloaded while their subscription was active?

i recently had a transaction where a user purchased multiple digital items - using paypal -  for $0.01

i confirmed that there were no coupons added or used. It looks like paypal returned a valid IPN

any idea how this user accomplished this?

the total for this order should have been around $50

"Contact Store" form at the bottom of "MyOrders" page

I have always disabled this function by editing the php

could you please modify this feature by

a) allow feature to be disabled from the store settings page

and/or

b) change it so that it contacts store admins via the forum PM with senders name in the "from" section

right now it sends an e-mail TO me FROM me - so responding is very complicated

also, i find it much easier to manage support from inside my forum as opposed to email

I would like to utilize a bit of html or bbc code to be able to create - say... a paragraph of text that could be included in multiple Product Descriptions

Then if I need to update the text - I could do it in one place and the update would be reflected in each product description that contained the line of code

Does anyone know if this is possible, and if so how should be written?

or possibly a way to use PHP code in the description similar to a PHP TP Block using the include command

is anyone else having problems with their lightbox feature for store images?

i just noticed mine today - i just get a white box

is there anyway to disable this feature?
