Ahh it was because my GD wasnt installed.  All is working now, thanks again for all your help.  This has by far been the fastest and most useful support I have ever gotten on any forum EVER!

Also... tho it says they were uploaded nothing has been added to my gallery folder.

Ok thanks a lot for your help so far.  I got the gallery working but within the gallery no photos show up anywhere.  It says I sucessfully uploaded them... the decriptions and such show, just no images.

Ok I started the manual install and ran into a problem with the first step...  running galleryinstall.php

Fatal error: Call to undefined function db_query() in /*****/*****/Packages/galleryinstall.php on line 22

I added the stars for privacy.

I tried the chmod thing.

Are there instructions for a manual install somewhere?

I am trying to add this package to a fresh SMF install.

It uploads fine and goes thru these steps:

When I click on "install now" it goes to the next page and says "redirecting..." than inothing happens and it just takes me back to the main index page.

Any suggestions?
