i recently had a transaction where a user purchased multiple digital items - using paypal -  for $0.01

i confirmed that there were no coupons added or used. It looks like paypal returned a valid IPN

any idea how this user accomplished this?

the total for this order should have been around $50

just upgraded my stores - had to remember this all over again 

i don't see it in settings yet - any chance you can plug it into the next version?

after turning off the "Allow guest purchases" my regular customer's were able to access their downloads

so not sure what needs to be done there

they were logged in at the time

however, i did recently turn on the function to allow guest purchases - i'll try turning it back off and see if that has any impact

no, they are normal paypal transactions and the transaction log shows them as complete

some are actually older transactions where the user returned to download a copy (one of 6 remaining download attempts) for a new computer

one was a "free order" where I gave a free copy to the user

I have several members who are getting this message after purchasing and trying to download their digital product

you do not have permission to download this file

The transaction seems to be working as the download link shows up in the "My Orders" area - just when they click the "Download Link"

any suggestion on where to start looking for the problem?

hope i'm not hi-jacking this thread, but the topic is correct

in the customize emails there are two lines that currently do not show as anything on in the "Purchase Email"

%emailnote and %productcodes

is there some instruction that i missed that explains how to utilize these two references?

"Contact Store" form at the bottom of "MyOrders" page

I have always disabled this function by editing the php

could you please modify this feature by

a) allow feature to be disabled from the store settings page

and/or

b) change it so that it contacts store admins via the forum PM with senders name in the "from" section

right now it sends an e-mail TO me FROM me - so responding is very complicated

also, i find it much easier to manage support from inside my forum as opposed to email
