Sorry. I actually was using the SMTP mail with the wrong settings. I fixed them and it works. I just have to add a note on the contact page. You must provide a e-mail address if you want the message delivered.... 

Its all correct. I installed this manually. Would that effect anything? I triple checked all the files too.... 

I'm not recieving my test e-mails... Does my username have to be Admin or something?
