SMF 2.0 beta released to charter members

Major new features to SMF 2.0


Mods will try to install on other themes other than default
Moderation center, post approval, warning system
Database support for PostgreSQL and SQLite
WYSIWYG editor
Joinable Groups
Custom profile fields built in.
File caching system
Mail queue for sending email.
And a lot more!

I will work on updating my mods as soon as possible to support 2.0 but there have been a lot of changes to the SMF core.

I would not upgrade your current forum yet. Still some bugs and changes going to be made mods and themes from older SMF will not work with them.

I would mainly use it as a testing board.

yea i just installed in on one of my test sites very nice layout but already found atleast 1 bug so Im not in any hurry myself to start converting themes. I'll probably do a cpl but until its a more stable release dont rush looking for mods and what not as Hacks says this is really not ready for an actual production site.
