No thumbnails in gallery view.

Howdy.  I'm running SMF 1.0.8. with a custom theme.  I just installed SMF Gallery Lite and it works wonderfully, with one exception.. I'm not able to see thumbnails.  When i check the gallery directory, there is no thumbnail, just the full size image.

Any suggestions?

Hmm, do you have Image Magik installed? and what php version are you running.

Hmmm.  I've got a thumbnail for the second image I uploaded, so I went back, deleted the first image, and uploaded it again.  No thumbnail again, so it is image-specific.

Not sure how to tell if I've got Image Magik installed.
