editing color layout
« on: October 04, 2006, 10:56:30 pm »
i know it uses the forums css stylesheet but the colors i have do not work with this gallery. i have black for a table color or something that the gallery uses and makes it god awful ugly. anyways, is there a way to manually change certain colors just in the gallery?

That would require editing the template either changing all the class= to another sytlesheet class with the colors you use.

here are two screenshots showing you how nasty this thing looks. it uses parts of my forum color settings that isnt close to what my forum looks like. the only thing black is maybe the borders, and some of the wording for cats and boards. if i could just change this black to something else it would probably be fine.

ok, guests can view now i think. i set it to allow it anyways. i am heading for bed but will look at the gallery.template.php tomorrow and try some changes. so far i really like this mod and it may be what i was looking for. i have coppermine already but this may be perfect for product reviews like what i was asking about awhile back. thanks for the help!

Just took a look seems to be because of tborder class stylesheet. I notice it is black on the forums you use as well. I would suggest doing a find and replace for class="tborder" in gallery.template.php and make up a new class that would work for the gallery and add it to the stylesheet
