One for ya Hacks, I just got around to installing the Downloads Mod. It uploads small files fine but anything larger than about 4Meg, fails miserably after waiting ten minutes for it to complete, I get an empty (O Byte) File only. I set Max file download as high as it will go, no difference. Does the type of file matter? Otherwise whats going on here do ya think.
Incidently, no matter what I set the Max Download at, it reverts to that in the attachment.
Gotta get this working I just trashed TP Downloads to go with Ya

Very busy have limited time for the free mod's. You need to add a category first on the main downloads page near the bottom there is a link.

I am having the same problem as Rafferty (max download size problem) He fixed his by editing his phi.ini file, but I don't have that file? Where is it located? And I noticed in another post you questioned why someone would need the php.ini file? I would like downloads of larger than 2 megabytes. Rafferty...you could even chime in if you want. Thanks, Wally

Thanks Rafferty...I don't have that...I am pretty sure it is a file I will have to create...however I may just upload the larger files manually and be done with it.
Thanks,
Wally

Depends on the host some hosts allow you to have a custom php.ini for your site others do not.
