Ratings & comments glitch after classified & video add

Users are not longer able to comment on gallery pics or rate them even though the box is still there under the photo to comment.  This happened after installing the SMF Gallery Pro Video and Classifieds.

This is SMF 1.1.4
This is happening in both the default and custom them. 

Permissions are set to A

What happens when a user tries to rate or leave a comment?

Although past ratings are showing, the box isn't visible for anyone to rate a photo except in admin mode.

The comment box is there and you can type in a comment, but after clicking on submit it doesn't show.

This part sounds like a permission issue please attach your Sources/ManagePermissions.php file from your forum.
