Just upgraded it to 1.3.10 in hope that the watermark problem will be solved.  It remains an issue and this is greatly disappointment.  Let's hope it works out this time!

Now I am unable to import the FTP Upload.  I changed all files to writeable at Options under Packages and CHMOD the folder to 777 and nothing worked.  All pictures has already been resized with a software so each file isn't too large (averaging 350kb per pic).  BUT would it still be an issue if I am trying to import like 100 pics that's averaging 350kb??  If yes, I can always contact my host and ask them to change!

I have few users complaining that they can't add buld pictures?  How do I make it possible for users to add bulk pictures into existing sub-category?

Are you using the Batch FTP for importing pictures or the import function?

And for the bulk adding of pictures for the users are they upload to do bulk uploads under permissions?

#1)  I am not sure what you mean by that but I assume yes.  I FTP all of the pics into the folder I created and then I go to that subcategory I want the pics to be uploaded to and click on "Import" to type in name of folder after "Import" and press submit then on next page, it is still blank.

#2) where do I find that permission you were asking about?  Maybe that is why users can't do bulk add.

1. In the latest release we have a Batch FTP section in the admin section for the gallery which gives a little more power than the basic import function to choose which images are uploaded and where they go.

2.It would be found under Admin -> Permissions then modify a group and look under SMF Gallery

Ok, I got the Bulk upload! YAY!  Grin

Anyway, how does the new FTP Batch works?  So I need to upload pics into folder inside FTP folder instead??

Correct the pictures need to be placed in the ftp folder. You can also place folders inside the ftp folder and the gallery will pick them up.

Done!  Major improvement and watermark worked!  I feel sooo much better and I am glad this was fixed.  I know you remember I complained about it few months ago but thank for being thoughtful and I am so happy!

Definitely gonna get update from me shortly before my account expire.  I just wish I could use it on two websites because they use one same database for two forums and picture gallery.  Would consider buying two licenses if second one is at reduced.

For bulk discounts they multiple licenses need to be purchased at the same time then I can offer a discount.
