Help with Shoutbox

I too have that question! I have installed nneoneos shoutbox and ultimate shoutbox.
Both do not work right. I just want the forum to be able to chat because that is what they all want.
Neither one of these shoutbox's has any type of set up for dummies.
I know how to install them and they say installed correctly but nneonneos does not show up at all, and ultimates is constantly scrolling and so small I need a magnifying glass to see it.
Are there any other shoutbox's that I can try to get to work?
I have tried editing the index.template.php for nneoneos and it still doesnt work.
