Package pasrser not working

Im trying to upgrade to the SMFGallery1.3.14upgrade but when I use the package pasreser i get this message

Fatal error: parsePackageInfoXML(): Upgrade not implemented yet! in C:\Inetpub\wwwroot\smfhacks\packageparser\package.php on line 117

For Gallery upgrades in most cases No SMF files are changed only Gallery.template.php Gallery.php files are altered.

what would I need to change in that?

You would just need to run the upgrade package unless you did custom changes to gallery.php and and gallery.template.php

If you did you would need to use a file comparison tool like DeepDiff to find the changes.

If I uninstall the other gallery would I loose everything in it all my pics and some videos. . . . .then reinstall the upgraded one? sorry after i sent this msg i realized it was in the wrong section.. . . .

No you will not loose any information just if you need to reinstall the gallery and the video addon.
