We are looking at upgrading and we would like to know more before we do upgrade.

1. IS the pro version compaitable with smf 1.15
2. How do you upgrade to the pro version without loosing all images in the lite version of the gallery
3 are there any extra mods available for the gallery
4, is there any refund if you are not completly satisfield with pro gallery

1. Yes it works with SMF 1.1.x
2. When you upgrade you uninstall the lite version then install the pro edition. All images and data is saved when you uninstall the lite edition.
3. Yes I have a downloads and addons section for the gallery.
4. Zero refund policy on digital products.

Hi there,

There should be a money back guantee if you not happy with the product.if you like u can contact the bank and request a charge back, Also you really havent answered my questions.

What other features are in the pro version
what are the add ons
Is there a manual for pro version
Why should we have to pay for a version that isnt stable as yet.

There is no manual for the pro edition.

The product is stable as there is hundreds of people using Gallery Pro if it was not stable people would not use it.

As for money back that is normal for digital products and most major scripts have a zero refund policy since it is a digital product and it is hard to say wether someone would be satisfied with the product or not. If the lite edition is working well then try the pro edition if does not fit your needs then maybe look into freeware gallery scripts.
