Just purchased SMF Classifieds, and am wondering if any current users have instituted a user agreement or terms of service that states the hosting site is not responsible for sales gone bad, etc? 

I thought it might work much like the user agreement one has to accept when registering on a forum.

Has anyone recognized a need for something like this?

I would be curious to see a Auction Terms of service example also.

When the agreement be shown? Is it when they place a bid or when a user places an item for the classifieds.

Need a example to cover both situations telling them that they are bound to the contact once they bid or create a auction.

Any ideas?
