Ive used SMF Gallery Lite and pro in the past... I almost went ahead, and ordered pro because I remember how easy it was to work with on another site I put together.   

Unfortenatly its been a few years, and for some reason I cant seem to get this to work right.

Loaded Gallery lite1.8.2  to smf 1.1.5. and thought everything looked good, but when I paste the gallery address in the browser all I get is the parental Index with placeholder.

Im sure its something simple Im forgetting to do, or missing.   Could someone please help.
I plan on upgrading as soon as I know the bugs are worked out.
