New error in "Forum Error Log"

My Forum has been running with out any errors for a few days.  I checked it today after installing Gallery Pro and I found the following errors...

Any idea on how to fix it?

Not related to the Gallery most likely caused by the User's online today mod.

Is this anything to do with it...

I allso found in the "Detailed Version Check " some of the files are down rev..

Post.template.php 1.1         1.1.5
Recent.template.php 1.1      1.1.5
Register.template.php 1.1.2  1.1.5
index.template.php 1.1          1.1.5

No that is ok the version of the file is only updated if a change was made to a file.
