User Galleries .. Are inaccessible usual users ..

For any users, except admins. There is no possibility to create own gallery.

Check the permissions for that membergroup.

In order to create a gallery the membergroup needs to have the Personal Gallery permission.

Attach your Sources/ManagerPermissions.php and I can fix it.
