More Payment Options

With the Ebay mess going on folks are just not wanting to use Paypal, especially with the possibility of a hold on funds.

Can we get Google and Revolution Money Exchange added as options?

Also is there a way to incorporate Money orders and checks and have a way for the sellers to send an invoice to the buyers?

A manual Payment method (direct banktransfer) needed

Only todo is sending a mail with payment infos to the customer and a copy of that mail to the seller

In the mail shoul be:

Bankaccount and owner
Payment Value
payment reason...
