You want to ban someone? You can just click on their name and ban the user then delete the account.

Hey,  dear developer SMFHacks  Grin

I think what he/she is saying is that in the Archive Mod when you open the archive for a thread the smilies don't show up they show up as the Red X. Properties of that have it as  /Smileys//blushani.gif with the two forward slashes.
